Starting from scratch !

in Home Router

Hi

I have a NWA50AX router in my home.
I want to access the router's set up but the default username and password are not working.
Using teh AI tool I have been sent the latest firmware but I do not seem to be able to instal that. Any clues how i start from scratch with this?
