    Please provide these information so we can better help you.

    1. Details of issue description.
    2. Your model and its firmware version.
    3. Your network topology.

    If you can't see the SSID and your AP is powered via PoE, please switch to a power adaptor. The issue could be that the PoE mode is incorrect cause radio been restricted due to insufficient power.
