To migrate your Wi-Fi access points (APs) to another Nebula account, you have a few options depending on whether the APs are currently registered to a Nebula account and if you have physical access to them.

If the APs are currently registered to a Nebula account you own:

*You can move a device to another organization that you own through the Nebula mobile app.

*The procedure involves removing the device from its current site, then in the target organization and site, clicking "Add Device" and scanning the QR code of the device.

Transferring ownership of the organization:

If the device is registered on Nebula, the device owner is the same as the organization owner. You can use the organization owner transfer feature to transfer the device owner simultaneously.

If the APs are registered to a previous owner's Nebula account or you need to fully transfer ownership:

*Scanning the QR Code: Use the Nebula mobile app to scan the QR code on your device's sticker. This will initiate the ownership transfer to your account.

*Contacting Zyxel*Support with Proof of Purchase: If you need a complete removal from the original Nebula account for full ownership transfer, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice/receipt) along with the device serial number and MAC address. Zyxel will then verify and handle the backend removal promptly.Zyxel customer service can remove an AP from a previous Nebula account, allowing you to access the configuration wizard and set it up.
