unable di disable MPro Mesh

I can't disable MPro Mesh from our DX 3301-to.
The switch is off, but when I try to disable 5GHz Wi-Fi, I get the following message:
"5GHz cannot be disabled when MPro Mesh is enabled."

what i need to do?

I think your device has MESH enabled, so you may need to log in to your device and then disable MESH. Login information should be on the back label.

I had the same issue; tried everything I could find without success.
After all trial and error, the reset (by button) then setup wizard (at the start) was the only way to have the WiFi (including MPro Mesh) OFF.
1. Press and hold the Reset button until all lights goes OFF

2. Logon using the admin and password on the device
3. Reset the admin password

4. Say YES to the "internet setup wizard". it will detect the interface and the next prompt is WiFi.
5. Click OFF on the WiFi.
6. Save and exit → reboot and the wifi light will stay off (check the WiFi networks on your phone)
All settings under WiFi chapter will be greyed out.

On my EE5301 -00 I had to go the hard way. Reset button and take the Internet Wizard, then select WiFi OFF. Reboot and all WiFi settings are greyed out. No Wifi Channel active.
