• Unified Agentic AI Access

Employees can access major LLMs — including ChatGPT, Gemini, and others — through a managed, policy-governed interface. Organizations can also deploy customizable internal AI Assistants tailored to business-specific needs, all within a protected environment.

• AI Interaction Protection

Monitors both prompts and responses using contextual analysis to prevent sensitive data exposure.Enables real-time policy enforcement with actions such as logging, alerting, and blocking — including protection against emerging risks such as prompt injection.

• Role-Based Workspace Management

Ensures clear separation between user and administrative environments, with appropriate access control across the organization.

How It Works with Zyxel Firewall?

The integration operates at the network level:

• Zyxel Firewall identifies and categorizes GenAI traffic
• Unauthorized AI access can be blocked or suggest redirect to AnyInsight Solution.
• Users are guided to the approved AnyInsight under via External Integrations Go to System > External Integrations > Heartbot.
• Sign up for an account at anyinsight.ai and enter your credentials to authorize the integration. Once configured, all AI web traffic matching your defined security policy will flow through the AnyInsight platform for monitoring and enforcement
