No firmware download, useless ai, support form not working

I have tried to download the firmware for my VMG4005-B50A. This took 2 hours of my life and I still was not able to find it. Your ai is unable to send me the update file, email support seems to be shut down and I cant sent the support form, because something seems to be missing although I have filled everything.
Why is it so hard to get a firmware update? I have never seen a complicated and still not working process like this. What about the good old fileserver or direct download on the product support page?

You might need to inquire at the store where you purchased the VMG4005-B50A about the latest firmware.
