Zyxel GS1920-48HP i need reset

Hi friends, I have a Zyxel GS1920-48HP switch and it's not working. It can't be reset. I think the firmware is brocen. LAN ports are not working. sys lights are blinking. The fans are spinning very fast.

    Hi @Shanol ,

    A blinking green SYS light indicates the system is rebooting. Please wait until the SYS light turns solid green, then press and hold the reset button on the side of the switch for 5–7 seconds before releasing.
