How can I get daily, weekly, and monthly firewall WAN usage reports, including "Security gateway usage" graphs, for my USG FLEX H series device in Nebula?
Answer:
The USG FLEX H series, including models like the USG FLEX 700H, does not support traffic usage reporting to Nebula's 'Monitor - Firewall - Summary Report' or detailed 'Security gateway usage' graphs.
- Root Cause: This is a known functional discrepancy for this product line within the Nebula platform.
- Resolution: The functionality to generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on firewall WAN usage is not available for the USG FLEX H series so far
