[MyZyxel Portal] - Unable to remove old devices

Hello everyone,
some times ago I had purchased an USG Flex 100H and I've activated the Security Gold Pack 1-year license.
After few days, I had returned it, and I had purchased the USG Flex 200HP device; I've deleted the old 100H under NCC —> Licences & Inventory but into the MyZyxel portal is always present.
Now, I've received an email for expiration of the 100H associated licences.
How can I remove this item from my account?
