I attempted to install SecuExtender version 3.5.2.10 on a Mac running macOS 11, which is mentioned as supported in the release notes. However, the installation failed with compatibility issues. What could be the reason?
Answer:
The VPN Client SSL IPSEC version 3.5.2.10 is compatible with devices using ARM/M1/M2 processors. It is not compatible with older Intel-based hardware, even if the macOS version is supported (11 or above). The latest release notes includes a clarification about hardware compatibility for better transparency.
