If the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) General Settings page is stuck and displaying a spinning circle, please try the following steps:
Step 1: Disable Extensions or Security Plugins: If you have browser extensions such as Malwarebytes Browser Guard, AdBlock, or similar tools installed, try disabling them temporarily. These plugins may misidentify our checkout page as a threat and prevent it from loading correctly.
Step 2: Change Your Network Environment: Try disabling your VPN or switching away from a restricted corporate network. We recommend testing on a standard connection, such as your home network or a mobile hotspot.
