No. Since Pay As You Go (PAYG) is applied at the Nebula organization level, the license settings will apply to all devices within the same organization. At this time, PAYG does not support assigning a Pro license to individual devices separately within the same PAYG organization.

If you need different license configurations, we recommend organizing your devices into separate Nebula organizations accordingly.
