Org is Pro Pack but why do not get any detail of the Applications usage page?

The Application Visibility feature requires an active Connect & Protect Plus (CNP+) license.
You can verify the license status by navigating to Organization-wide > License & Inventory.
If the site does not have a valid CNP+ license, the Application Usage Data will not be displayed.
