If your access points are entering power limited mode, it is likely because the power supply does not meet the device's requirements.
For example, the NWA240BE requires a PoE switch that supports the 802.3bt standard for optimal operation.
If connected to a switch supporting only 802.3at, the access point operates in a limited power mode.
This leads to a reduced performance on the 5 GHz radio frequency (2T4R instead of 4T4R).
To resolve this issue:
- Ensure that you connect the NWA240BE to a PoE switch that supports the 802.3bt standard.
- Alternatively, use a power adapter with the following specifications: USB PD 15V/2A (Type-C).
