Content Filter license is not delivered by Zyxel (via Digital River).

I have a big problem with Zyxel and find it a pity how one is left hanging as a customer.

About my problem:
On 24.09.19 I ordered a Content Filter license on the Zyxel page. During the ordering process you will be redirected to Digital River. I paid the same day.

On 26.09.19 I received the order confirmation (15459045010) from Digital River.

Since then I haven't received the license via the Content Filter.

Digital River does not reply to my mails. Zyxel also does not help me by phone or e-mail.

I regret having bought the USG20W because Zxyel hangs a customer like that.

But instead of Zyxel's help, probably only the post will be deleted.

    The problem is now solved. Zyxel or Zyxel_Emily was very helpful and had solved the problem satisfactorily for me. However, I will avoid Digital River.
