Why Doesn't the Captive Portal Display Users in the User Section on Nebula?

Question:
When using the Captive Portal with the USG FLEX H series on Nebula, users are not displayed in the User section. Is this normal behavior?
Answer:
This behavior was identified as a bug. The fix will be included in the next official firmware release (version 1.39), scheduled for release around July 2026.
