Since the Firefox's behavior, user may encounter login issue when using Google login.

Here are the tips to use Google login when your default browser is Firefox.

  1. Login your Google account on Firefox.
  2. Open the Nebula APP and click Start to enter the login page.
  3. Click the Enhanced Tracking Protection icon on the left side of the URL bar and turn it off. The browser will automatically refresh.
  4. After the browser automatically refreshes, click the "Continue as XXX" in the pop-up message "Sign in to zyxel.com with Google."

If you don't find the "Sign in to zyxel.com with Google.", please clear the cookie and website data.
