Why I can't fix channel to 10/11/12/13 for my FWA515?

This is because the bandwidth option. 40 MHz doesn't support channel 10/11/12/13.
Please fix the bandwidth to 20 MHz (Not 20/40 MHz or 40 MHz) and you will be able to select channel 11.
