Transferring ZyWall IPSec VPN license to new computer

I have fully uninstalled the client on the old PC and install the same version on the new computer. It's giving me this error 33: This license is already activated on another computer. Some google search led me to that I should contact support to release the license?

FAQ

1. Can I use Perpetual Config Export and Import into the new Subscription-based client?

If you import TGB files from Subscription-based to Perpetual-based VPN client, it may cause unexpected issues because the configuration sets are different.

We recommend that users obtain a new TGB provision file again from the firewall.

2. A Windows computer crashed, do you still support license renew for activation of existing ones? 

We support re-activation of the perpetual license until 2 October 2023 after that, we at the Support organization cannot activate the license anymore and will not support it.
