I can't Access the admin panel on my Three NR5103EV2

I've tried to login to the admin panel using the login details printed on the device but it just tells me they are incorrect. I have asked Three and they are unable to access either and have advised they cannot help.
The S/N for the device is S230Z41004871
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me login.
