Zon download link never arrives

Hi new here with first Zyxel product and finding the experience extremely poor. I'm trying to configure a simple GS1900-24E - I've tried downloading the Zon utility with 2 different email addresses but the link never arrives. I've checked spam folders and nothing there either. What am I missing ?

We also noticed your update in another post and understand that you were able to download ZON successfully. Regarding the firmware upgrade issue, we would like to gather a bit more information to assist you further:

• Are you attempting to upgrade the firmware on the GS1900-24E?
• When the upgrade fails, is there any error message displayed? You may check the “Status” field in ZON for more details.

It would be very helpful if you could provide additional information, such as screenshots or a short recording. This will help us better understand the situation and provide more precise assistance.

In the meantime, if you would like to proceed with the firmware upgrade immediately, you may also access the device’s web GUI and perform the upgrade directly from there.
