I haven't received an download link for the zon utlity although the e-mail address is correct

    After reviewing this case, we identified an issue with the confirmation email for the ZON utility download. The issue was resolved on October 14th. If anyone has encountered a similar problem, please reapply for the ZON utility download on our website, and it should now work properly.

    This seems to be happening again - I have tried with 2 valid email addresses and not received a link from either - I've checked the spam and junk folders but nothing. One of the accounts is not flagged as 'suspicious' by Zyxel - Very frustrating as a first time user of the hardware

    OK - so this was fixed by being sent a link to a .zip file in an email - They also seem to have put a direct download link on the webpage so I now have Zon twice - Next on the list is Parallels config to run the firmware update on a Mac - I've got the bridged mode set so I can run the Web interface but the firmware update is failing.
