I haven't received an download link for the zon utlity although the e-mail address is correct

    After reviewing this case, we identified an issue with the confirmation email for the ZON utility download. The issue was resolved on October 14th. If anyone has encountered a similar problem, please reapply for the ZON utility download on our website, and it should now work properly.
