How do I move a firewall to another Nebula organization while retaining its configuration?

Overview

When moving a firewall to a different Nebula organization, you can use the Site Replicate feature to preserve the device's existing configuration.

Steps

Navigate to: MSP > MSP Cross-Org Manage > Config Management > Replicate/Move Sites

From there, select the site containing the firewall and replicate it to the target organization as the image.

Important notes

• The configurations that can be replicated depend on the firewall model. Refer to the Zyxel Community article Detail configuration list processed in "Replicate site-wide/switch configuration" function for a full list of supported configurations.
• An MSP license is required to access the Site Replicate feature.
