How to troubleshoot the issue as "No SIM Card Detected" on mobile router

Troubleshooting steps
- Power off the mobile router and remove the SIM card.
- Inspect the SIM card for dust or debris and clean it if necessary.
- Re-insert the SIM card firmly into the slot.
- Power the device back on and wait at least 5 minutes for the initialization sequence to complete. Confirm the Power LED is solid green before proceeding.
- Using a thin object (such as a pin), press and hold the RESET button for more than 5 seconds.
Important: Holding the RESET button for fewer than 5 seconds will only reboot the device and will not re-initialize the cellular module or re-read the IMSI code. Make sure to hold it for more than 5 seconds to trigger a full reset.
If the issue persists
If the mobile router still cannot detect the SIM card after completing all the steps above, the cellular module may have a hardware fault. Please submit an RMA request for further assessment.
