Question:
How do I troubleshoot when Nebula settings are not deployed to the device?
Answer:
If Nebula settings are not up to date on the device, you can first use Config Override to force the firewall configuration to overwrite the Nebula configuration.
After enabling Config Override, please wait about 5 to 10 minutes for the synchronization to complete.
If the device still shows Not up to date after waiting, please ask the customer to report the ticket for further investigation.
