edited June 9 in USG FLEX H Series

My mistake was clicking the VPN Configuration Script Download button. Once I clicked that, the interface locked up. Internet, voice, and site-to-site VPN connections remained active.

I rebooted the device. Web UI still unresponsive.

I power cycled the device - disconnected the power cable for a few seconds - and still the Web UI is unresponsive.

This is a brand new device and I am a silly person with no backup of the new config.

I do still have the old ATP 200 in place and could return to it fairly easily if I need to do a complete reset of the USG 500H.

Is the console port active in the default configuration? SSH is not enabled. If the console port is active, what's the process for kick-starting the web UI?

UPDATE: was able to connect & sign in using PuTTY & console cable. From that session:

BOTH
show state vrf main http-server server
AND
show state vrf main http-server server-secure

Return 'enabled' on the usual ports (443, 80)

Web UI still does not respond.

    Hi @MeatPopsicle

To clarify this issue, could you help to enable Zyxel support access and organization's name? So we can access to check this issue.

    Hi @MeatPopsicle

I think your issue is because the IP subnet conflict. Your LAN1 interface subnet conflict with IPSec remote access VPN. (192.168.0.1/22) Please adjust your IPSec remote access VPN IP address pool.

I will check the subnet conflict. The core issue - local web UI unresponsive - is resolved. I was able to use the Nebula Remote Configurator to update the firmware on the device and the local web UI is accessible now.

    Thanks!
