Where can I find the username and password for an access point?

The username for a Zyxel access point (AP) is typically "admin".

The password depends on the manufacturing date of the device.

For APs manufactured before February 2025, the default password is "1234".

This also applies to older AP models.

For WiFi 7 Band Flex APs and all APs manufactured after February 2025, each device will have a unique password printed on its back label.

This unique password is set at the time of manufacturing and will not change even after a factory reset.

If an AP manufactured after February 2025 is downgraded to an older firmware version (before 7.10), the system will not check for a unique password, and the default will revert "1234".

If the AP is managed by the Nebula the password will be the site password.
