If you are experiencing connectivity issues between your printer and a FWA505 router, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Separate the SSIDs for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Bands:
   • Epson printers often only support the 2.4GHz band. Access the Zyxel FWA505's web GUI and configure a dedicated SSID for the 2.4GHz network.

2. Set the 2.4GHz Channel Bandwidth and Frequency:
   • Adjust the channel bandwidth of 2.4GHz to 20MHz.

3. Adjust Security Protocol:
   • Set the security protocol of the 2.4GHz network to WPA/WPA2-PSK (AES). Avoid WPA3 and WPA3-Transition modes, as many printers are not compatible with these protocols.
   • For testing, create a separate SSID with "No Security" to check if the issue is due to security protocol compatibility.
