Why am I getting a '403 - Forbidden' error with Nebula API?

The '403 - Forbidden' error occurs because your Zyxel Nebula organization does not meet the license requirements for API usage.

If your organization is running under a Base Pack license instead of the Pro Pack license, you will face API limitations, as the API feature is only available to organizations with an active Pro Pack license. To resolve the issue, please upgrade to a Pro Pack license.

For organizations not visible on Nebula, ensure the organizations are still active and verify their IDs. You can check the Organization ID from the URL when accessing Nebula. It is also important to use an account with appropriate permissions to access and check these organizations.

Note that this issue also highlights the importance of understanding the license requirements for Zyxel services to avoid disruptions.

For further assistance on upgrading or managing licenses, please refer to the Zyxel Support Page or contact your Zyxel representative.
