NWA50AX - The setup wizard can only be run on the system with default settings

I configured a brand new access point, which worked fine initially. Unfortunately, the static IP address wasn't saved.

I tried accessing the URL again and received this message:

"The setup wizard can only be run on the system with default settings."

After clicking "OK," I get a blank page with no navigation.

Resetting the device doesn't solve the problem either. As soon as a valid configuration is created, the message reappears.

I've cleared session data, cookies, and so on, and I can't access the admin GUI from other devices either.

How do I access the administration interface? This is so embarrassing.

I had to reset the AP again. Now the GUI is available. What a crappy stuff.

You can access the NWA50AX local GUI using one of the methods below:

• 192.168.1.2 — if the NWA50AX is in factory default configuration and there is no uplink
• A static IP — if you assigned one to the NWA50AX
• A DHCP IP — if the NWA50AX is set to DHCP and a DHCP server is available

If you've tried all of the above and still cannot access the NWA50AX local GUI, please use Jam | Build a bug-free product. to record the access process so we can review it. In addition, could you please clarify the following:

How did you configure the static IP address for NWA50AX? Please provide the configuration path and screenshot if yes

I tried to access the AP Gui's via https:<ip-address>.
The IP address was given by the DHCP Server.
Then i entered "admin" and the passsword.
Then the silly message poped up. Then pressed the "ok" button.

No need to record this simple stuff!

I had to reset the AP again. Now the GUI is available. What a crappy stuff.

Thanks for confirming that a reset got you back into the GUI, and glad it's working now.
For future reference, in case this comes up again: once the AP has a saved configuration (by setup wizard), the setup wizard should no longer be reachable.
If you received the message: "The setup wizard can only be run on the system with default settings.", it's usually because the URL still has the setup wizard path/parameter in it (e.g., left over from a bookmark or browser history) rather than just the AP's IP address.
In that case, please double-check the address bar and make sure you're browsing to the plain device IP only, without any wizard-related path appended, and try again before doing a full reset.
