No, the Zyxel PMG5705-T10A does not support Nebula cloud management.
The PMG5705-T10A is a GPON HGU (Home Gateway Unit) / ONT (Optical Network Terminal) designed primarily for service provider fiber deployments. Management and provisioning for this device are handled via industry-standard service provider protocols like OMCI and TR-069 (rather than the Nebula cloud platform).
Zyxel's Nebula cloud management is supported on business-class access points, security firewalls, switches, and select 5G/LTE FWA routers.
