SSLVPN with 1.39

After updating the Flex 700h to version 1.39, I can no longer establish SSL VPN connections. I always get the message "Authentication failed

To help narrow down the root cause, please verify or provide the following:

• Did you enable Two-factor Authentication for SSL VPN Access? If you enable it, but your client didn't setup 2FA, your connection could be disconnected. You may disable Two-factor Authentication for SSL VPN Access or setup 2FA for this account (depends on account type(local account or other method)).
• What type of uer database/authentication method are you using for this SSL VPN connection? (e.g., Local User Database, Nebula Cloud Authentication, or an external AAA server like LDAP/Active Directory/RADIUS?)
• If you are using an external AAA server (LDAP/RADIUS): Please share your running configuration file with us, as we will need to verify the server settings. Additionally, conducting a packet capture between the firewall and your authentication server during a login attempt would be highly beneficial.
• If you are using Local or Cloud authentication: Please let us know if we can obtain temporary Remote WebGUI access and test credentials to conduct diagnostic login tests directly. Please enable Zyxel support access and share your organization's name for us to access.
