Why I can't upgrade AP firmware by cloud firmware management?

1. Please check the AP event log if there is a log "[Nebula] Automatic firmware update was unsuccessful or failed
2. SSH to the AP and use CLI

Router> debug dual-image show

3. Hardware default reset AP

If the AP still can not be upgraded firmware by could firmware management after hardware default reset you might consider contacting Zyxel support for further assistance.

1. The event log
2. The console output from the CLI debug dual-image show
