ip address zyxewl usg 40

hi, on my zyxel there is a label with ip address (wrote in the first configuration) 192.168.10.254 but when I try to connect it by browser I do not get login screen but error link...

how can I to get right IP address ? have I to reset it ?

by IP scanner I see IP 192.168.10.254 but ping it and not reply

Hi @damianodec,

Connect console to USG40 and use the following commands to check the status.

1. Check the IP address of each interface

Router> show interface all

2. Check the physical port of a certain interface

Router> show interface <interface name>

3. Check the port of HTTPS and from which zone the administrator can use HTTPS to access the web GUI.

Router> show ip http server secure status

4. List all firewall rules and check if the access from a specific interface to ZyWALL for HTTPS is allowed or denied.

Router> show firewall any any

thank you, I'm try to connect usg 40 and COM1 by connect cable and Putty software:

Serial port, COM1, 115200, OPEN

but windows of connection give me just a green cursor on the top/left corner and nothing "welcome connections"...

any help?

Try to use the Tera Term and you can select the correct COM port from the list.
