To log in to your Zyxel access point (AP) via the web interface, you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the Network Ensure both your computer and the Zyxel AP are connected to the same network.
  2. Find the AP's IP Address

-You can use the Zyxel One Network (ZON) Utility to easily identify your device's IP address. You can download the latest version of ZON Utility from the Zyxel website.

-Alternatively, the default IP address for many Zyxel APs is 192.168.1.2.

3. Access the Web Interface Open your web browser and type the AP's IP address into the address bar, then press Enter to navigate to the login page.

4. Enter Login Details

-The username is typically "admin".

-For APs manufactured before February 2025, the default password is "1234".

For WiFi 7 Band Flex APs and all APs manufactured after February 2025, each device will have a unique password printed on its back label.

This unique password will not change even after a factory reset.

-If this is your first login with the default password, the system will prompt you to create a new, secure password.

For subsequent logins, you will use this newly created password.

-If your AP is managed by Nebula, the password will be the site password, which can be found under Configure > Site Settings > Device Configuration in NCC.

If you encounter an "incorrect password" error, it might be because Nebula devices apply the site-wide password after connecting to NCC.
