Why does my AP keep switching back to Nebula mode after a factory reset?

This is expected behavior if your AP is still registered in the Nebula Control Center (NCC). A physical factory reset (via the reset button) only temporarily clears the device's local settings — as soon as the AP boots up and establishes an internet connection, it will automatically reconnect to the Nebula cloud, download its cloud configuration, and switch back to Nebula mode.
