2,4 GHZ wifi not working

since few days my zyxel newtonrk wifi 2,4ghz is not working.

I've tryed more solution without success. while a second wifi at 5ghz works properly. why?

If 5G work but 2.4G doesn't work, you need to check the channel utilization.

If the channel utilization of 2.4G is high, it will cause your wireless network unstable. Please try change to channel to DCS mode and do to DCS now to change the 2.4G channel.

Additionally, the suggestion above is based on the current information you shared. If not help, please share more details about:

1. How 2.4G did not work?
2. What end device got issue?
3. What was the issue event log?
