Q: Why does my organization still show Base Pack after activating the Nebula Pro Pack trial?
A: Activating the Nebula Pro Pack trial does not change the organization's displayed license status from Base Pack to Pro Pack. However, all Pro Pack features will still be available during the trial period.
To verify the trial status, navigate to License & Inventory > Trial and check the Nebula Pro Pack Trial status.
