Currently, the Nebula does not support manually disconnecting a wireless client.

However, you could block or restrict access for a client connected to your Wi-Fi network, you can utilize the following method :

Block the Client via MAC Filter (Nebula Control Center)

If you are managing your network via Nebula, you can block a specific client's MAC address to prevent them from accessing the SSID.

If the client is currently connected:

  1. Navigate to Site-wide > Clients > Client list.
  2. Choose Access point clients to view the connected devices.
  3. Select the specific client you wish to block and add a policy rule to place them on the "Block list". This will block them from accessing the SSID.

If the client is not currently connected (but you know their MAC address):

  1. Navigate to Site-wide > Clients > Client list.
  2. Click "Add client", enter the station's MAC address and details, and click "OK".
  3. Assign the "Block list" policy to this MAC address.

Note: The maximum number of block policy entries for wireless clients is 512 per site.
