Secureporter on USG-VPN20 not showing device position

Hi everyboy,

I've correctly setup the secureporter on the server and firewall side and I see at the moment all the analized traffic data.

On the web side, on the 'MAPS' tab , I cannot see the firewall position on the map.

Any solution please?

Hi @p_bernardini2019,

On SecuReporter, the device cannot be located on the map if it uses private IP address.

It shows on the map only when the WAN IP address is public IP address.
