Updated. I had a bad cable that was not transmitting at full gig speed.

Ok I'm on my third access point and this one is now saying low link speed. I believe it started after updating to latest firmware.

    Hi @iSpeed

    Is your AP get the full gig speed when you use the normal cable?
    If no, could you enable the zyxel support on the Nebula control center and send me the private message with the org/site, I can help you to check the AP status.
