Best practice to configure port opening and forwarding

Hi, this is my very first Zyxel, different mode of operating compared to the firewall I'm used to and I'm a little bit lost with some basic stuff.
Trying to allow an ip camera with port 85 in the lan behind an USG40 being visible from internet.
Is there a best practice sort of guide to do this or anybody could guide me through ?

Well, I finally found the answer myself.
Just slightly different most probably because of firmware versions, but here it is, in case someone needs it.
