No profile is set for site, cannot delete site or profile.

Hi,

I have a problem with removing a previously registered device. Nor is it possible to delete the profile. How can i proceed?

Can you share what's your Group/Org./Site name that can't be removed? Please also add our support account CSO_Security@zyxel.com.tw so that we can help to check further.
