Web Authentication Page

Hi.

I enabled Web Authenticate in my USG 110, but when the customer try access a web site the USG not redirect the page to login page.

The customer need type 1.1.1.1 to access USG login page.

How can I to do in this case? I need that USG redirect the use to login page.

Hi @RaphaelOliveira,

It may fail to redirect the webpage when all the following conditions are satisfied.

- Web Authentication is enabled.

- The browser supports HSTS.

- Website supports HSTS. (e.g., Gmail.com, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter….)

Use the link to check if a website supports HSTS.

Use the link to check if HSTS is supported by the browser.

To browse a website that does not use HSTS, complete the authentication then browse any website such as www.zyxel.com, www.bbc.com and www.cnn.com.
