Could you collect the debug logs for us again?

Apply this CLI, then do the same action as "Check" the AP firmware, then "Apply" the AP firmware. After finishing, please disable the debug message.

Please help to use this CLI to print the logs then provide it to me.

We found another way to download the AP firmware.

1.Go to CONFIGURATION>Wireless>AP Management>AP Policy>Firmware Updating. Please change the updating mode as "Manual". Then apply the setting.

2.Go to MONITOR>Wireless>AP Information>AP List. Choose WAC6103D-I and click the "upgrade FW".

The AP firmware should be started downloading and applying. In this upgrading period, the AP might stop wifi service. Please help to confirm if it helps.

Hi Joslyn,

I've carried out the a.m. procedure. Using the "Upgrade FW" Button at the AP List table brought no reaction, neither an error message nor a download progress bar.

But some seconds later we received an alert notification e-mail from our USG110 with the content: "AP firmware download failed. Reason: Device storage is not enough. File name: wac6100"

But there should be enough storage space at our USG

Now I've changed back the update mode to "Auto".

And surprise, surprise, when checking the AP Management FW Table I could see the following:

Line 6 is disabled now - this is correct since we do not have a NWA5123 in place. And for the line WAC6103D-I the error message is gone ?

Could you tell me why the line 20, NWA5123-AC is still available at the table? We do not have such an AP in place.

But anyway. It seems we got it now. Many many thanks for your effort and greetings from Germany

Hi Joerg,

It is because the AP firmwares of NWA5123-AC and NWA5123-AC-HD have been included in USG firmware. After upgrading the USG firmware, the AP firmwares will also be saved on the USG as well. That's why you will see both of the lines are black and showed local.

About the storage is full, USG will delete the AP firmware which is not used and try to download the AP firmware that you need automatically. That's why you will see the status of NWA5123-AC-HD has been gray, and WAC6103D-I has been black.

It seems work in your environment. Good to hear about that.
