IPSec VPN - Frequent X-Auth Popup

Ever since firmware, oh, 4.33 maybe? We've noticed when we login to the routers with the IPSec VPN client, we'll get prompted for X-Auth credentials repeatedly. Maybe every 15 minutes? We have keep alives enabled. Is this some type of new feature/setting to require people to log back in? It's annoying because if we don't catch it, we get logged out of RDP sessions, etc.

You can check the settings here.

Go to IKEV2 tunnel > Advanced > Tunnel traffic check to check the IP Address here is correct or not.

If Tunnel traffic check cannot get response from the IP address here,

It will recognized that the connection is failed and popup the prompt to ask for X-AUTH again.

You can disable the function by clear it up.
