Please help SSL-VPN over various WiFi will not connect / stay connected...

My customer using the ZYXEL USG220W-VPN SSL-VPN is having the following issue. When connected to only SOME wireless networks, right upon connecting the suddenly disconnects immediately, or within 30 seconds at the most (OR it never fully gets connected to begin with). While the SAME client while on hard-wired or on most any other Wireless connection, can connect and STAY connected for hours? Any ideas on this from ANYONE or ZYXEL support yet? They have the most recent firmware as well (V4.35(ABAR.2)), and the wireless networks in question are NOT locked down. Please advise? We are using Dell XPS laptops. - Jason

we have noticed something similar with other vendors.
