Hello, I have a stupid question. 
I can't manually backup my zyxel atp800, 
I can't find it on my atp800. 
I only find the automatic one: 
how can I make a full backup of my firewall? Thank you

Welcome to Zyxel Community

The startup-config.conf file is the configuration file that the Zyxel Device is currently using.

Go to Maintenance > File Manager > Configuration File to copy the startup-config.conf file.

You can refer to the user guide to backup the configuration file.
