Why does my new USG 60 only allow half internet speed

Recently after no changes made to my firewall, my lan speed has dropped from 1Gb up/down to 250Mb up/down. No changes to network. We experienced a brief lan outage that came back after 5 minutes. Since that outage the slow speeds are all we see.

Direct connect to router shows 1Gb up/down.

Tried many things, Last was hardware reset the USG 60, still slow.

If I turn firewall off from easy screen, speeds bump up to 450Mb up/down.

Unit is 3 months old, It appears to me to be a hardware issue internal to the USG60

Prior to the above mentioned lan bump all was working as expected.

Any insight to this is appreciated.

Hello 

I have the same problem with the USG60W. 

I normally have an internet speed non 1000 MBit/s. The USG60W only reaches 400 Mbps. 

This is despite the fact that all services are deactivated.

You can enable Fast Forwarding function which should improve the performance. (Configuration > System > Advanced > Fast Forwarding)
